About our interim host:
Dr. Stephanie C. Holmes is the host of her own podcast on Mental Health News Radio, NeuroDiverse Christian Couples. She has courses for families, couples, and professionals at:
https://courses.christianneurodiversemarriage.com/collections?category=families

Stephanie C. Holmes graduated from Campbell University summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1994. She then completed her Master’s in Counseling summa cum laude through Liberty University and further pursued licensing in the state of NC which was obtained and held from 2001 through 2009. She was an LPC in good standing. Upon moving to Georgia, with a desire to reach more people through tele-counseling, she obtained other certifications to pursue her calling of working with marriage and families with special needs nationally and internationally. Her highest-held degree is an Ed.D from Abilene Christian University, where she graduated with distinction upon completing her dissertation, “Creating an Inclusive Climate for Students on the Autism Spectrum.”

About our guest:
Andrea received her undergraduate, law, and M.S.Ed. degrees from the University of
Pennsylvania. She began her law career at Cravath, Swaine, and Moore and then held
Sr. VP positions at HBO and Time Inc. and was a managing partner in the NY office of
Quinn, Emanuel. When her son was diagnosed with autism, Andrea and her
husband joined with a group of other parents to help start a school in New York City.
Though the school was successful, it was not a good fit for her son, so after a 19-year
law career, Andrea left the practice of law to home school her son. After nearly eight
years of homeschooling, her son returned to school and Andrea knew that her
future was in education, not law. She returned to school as well and earned a
Masters degree in Education (M.S.Ed.) to enhance her ability to create an integrated
program of education and support for parents. She created Autism Parent Solutions
to streamline the process for parents to learn effective, practical strategies to
empower them to meet parenting challenges, increase confidence, reduce parenting
stress, and improve child and family outcomes. She also serves at the Board
Chairperson of the Cooke School and Institute in NYC.

Andrea's workshops are at:
