This week's Mini Cast features the Capital Pioneers. The Pioneers are a women’s full contact tackle football team based in Salem, Oregon. The Pioneers are a part of a great non profit, the Salem Women's Football Association (SWFA), that empowers and uplifts women through the sport of football.
