Today for episode #40 we have Dr. Stephen Hussey, the Heart Coach from https://www.resourceyourhealth.com and the author of the revolutionary new holistic health book called “The Health Evolution: Why Understanding Evolution is the Key to Vibrant Health”.

After discovering his passion for health in college, Stephen obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. Over the years he has learned the power of food to heal the body and it all began when he used the proper human diet as part of the healing process to rid himself of many chronic health ailments. Today he practices Chiropractic and Functional Medicine in Virginia and coaches people who have a variety of health concerns, especially heart trouble.
