Whether you’ve been on the screening end or the screened end of the process we’ve all been a part of it in one way or another. It’s important to remember that whenever you are screening someone that you make it’s always professional, ethical and that it hits the key metrics of what your company is looking for.
You also need to make sure that you’re identifying the key areas in a person that are weak and need to be built up or alternatively areas that are strong that you think can be made even better.
