In this episode we talk about the perfect gift to give yourself and your family, and that is the gift of giving and service. Sometimes as parents we can get carried away with giving to our children and we give too much because of the way it makes us feel. We talk about what service means to us and how service is the ultimate thing that will bring people joy, but it has to be selfless service where you are not asking for anything in return, or you’re doing it completely for the other person and not for recognition or your own benefit. Some of the most successful ideas and businesses in the world started out as somebody just wanting to fix a problem and help improve the lives of others. Try to think of people you can serve this Christmas, but also think of some people you can help beyond Christmas.
