Today we talk about how Rosie has had to reinvent how she approaches motherhood and being a wife. Adam has taken on the role of washing the laundry and has become very good at it. You have to pose certain questions to yourself when you’re trying to reinvent, such as what am I doing? Am I happy about what I’m doing? Is there a better way? Sometimes we get stuck in our own routines, but as we pose these kinds of questions, we can come up with better ways to shift and adapt. Another important question to ask would be, what do you want your life with your family to look like? As your business grows, you’re going to realize you need someone to do the more concentrated work, and that’s when you get your spouse, or hire someone to be able to specialize within your business so that you can focus on the bigger picture.

That’s how it has to be. And then you’ve got somebody else who believes in efficiency and creating value, and they may come in and out of their desk, but everything they do is to create value.
