“When you’re menstruating, the last thing you wanna do is go for a hip session. I mean for me anyways, some people might, but I don’t. For years I tried doing it and I was like, ‘This isn’t working. There has to be more to this picture.’ And there is more to this picture. It turns out that we have been, like, most of society basing our whole existence on men’s existence rather than honoring our own. So yeah, it’s about tuning into us as women.” 9:59
