Driven by police brutality and ongoing injustices in their communities, URBAN RADICALS is about the birth of two rebellious movements. While one is led by Black Americans, the other is driven by Native Americans. Focusing on two radical groups - AIM (American Indian Movement) and The Black Panthers, this novel is set in the tumultuous 1960's and 1970's.

While it is a story of radical shifts, it is also a tale of unexpected romances. Although from different cultures, these two movements share a similar struggle, which results in a red and black coalition.
