Season 2, Episode 14: The Living Full Out Show understands that effective communication is an important part of any strong relationship. By speaking openly with others we can form deeply-rooted connections in both our personal and work lives. Making an impact with our words can seem difficult at times, but with practice and determination we can learn to leave a lasting impression.

Our first caller is an intern but wants to seek out more responsibilities within the company he works for. Find out how Nancy advises the caller to focus on what he brings to the table and to possibly find another job that will challenge him to become a better professional.

The shows second caller Nutan is trying to find ways to disrupt her addiction to nicotine, coffee and poker. Hear how Nutan is encouraged to replace the excitement she feels being an addict through new, positive habits.

Today’s inspirational guest is Kerry Magro, who was diagnosed with Pervasive Development Disorder, a form of autism, at the age of 4. Listen in as Kerry discusses his childhood and the mountains he climb to become a best-selling author and has dedicated to assisting adults with autism. Kerry also founded the “KFM Making a Difference” scholarship program to provide scholarships for individuals who suffer from autism and are in pursuit of earning a college degree. For more information about his non-profit, you can visit at www.kerrymargo.com.

Our last caller Aria suffers from a mild form of Asperger’s and is in search of finding ways to combat social anxiety in social and professional settings. Tune in to Nancy as she reminds Aria that he is someone worth knowing and to trust others so he can begin to grow his inner circle.

Our words are a reflection of our inner thoughts and passions. If we can effectively communicate with others we can develop relationships that are long-lasting and bring fulfillment to our lives. In doing so we can maximize our potential and start living full out.
