The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari will provide you with the tools to handle feelings of regret. Perhaps there has been a time when you wished you could redo something that happened. Take the initiative to improve the current state of your life rather than dwelling on previous actions. Allow yourself to move forward instead of looking back.

Listen in to our first caller Jahisha, who has a championship coming up and wants to focus on achieving her goals during the competition while remembering why she loves what she is doing, without becoming consumed by the pressure. Nancy advises Jahisha to come up with a quick physical gesture that will ground her in the moment when she feels overwhelmed. Jahisha can express her anxieties and emotions to loved ones to gain a clear mind so that she can concentrate solely on her vision. Jahisha can remember that life will lead her to where she is meant to be even if she steers off course at times.

Our second caller is Jillian, who is a student wanting to know how she can remain constantly motivated instead of periodically losing that drive like she does currently. Nancy instructs Jillian to slow down and allow herself to release tension. Jillian can take short breaks from fully exerting herself and watch television or call a friend to recharge before getting back to working. Jillian can rid herself of feeling guilty for resting by realizing that relaxation is necessary in order to keep going.

Our inspirational guest is Mike Panus, who killed his friend, Rich, in a car accident while drunk driving when he was a senior in college. Mike was able to heal from the regret he felt with the support and forgiveness of friends and family—including Rich’s family. Mike carries on his friend’s legacy by giving back and preventing others from making the same mistake of driving under the influence. By avoiding looking back remaining optimistic and turning negative circumstances into positive ones, Mike was able to move forward with life.

Our last caller is Dejuan, who is having trouble avoiding distractions that make it difficult to stay on the right track towards accomplishing his goals. Nancy instructs Dejuan to prioritize by fulfilling what needs to be done first before focusing on what he wants to do. Dejuan can allow loved ones to keep him accountable for his aspirations to prevent self-sabotage from holding him back. Rather than thinking about what he could have done better in the past, Dejuan can accept that struggles are a part of life.

Maybe you regret failing to fulfill something that you desired in the past. Perhaps you felt disappointed that things turned out differently than how you wanted it to. Rather than giving up, keep trying and find different ways to accomplish what you wish for. Eventually you will find success and live full out.
