This program allows a client to participate in court made up of other Veterans. It is expected that those participating in the VTC will agree to submit to any evaluations and treatment which may be recommended. Upon successful completion of the program participants may be able to have their carges dropped (Diversion) or possibly receive and adjudication withheld (Post Plea)
