"He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” (Revelation 21:5)
What things need to be made new in your life? What things are broken that have been completely out of your control? What things have you broken? Not only do others sin against us and wound us, but we sinned against others too. We all do so much breaking and part of our brokenness means we want to point the finger at others and all their breaking. Imagine a day where God reverses the curse, where all things are restored, set right where Heaven and Earth are fused together as one and we worship our reigning King Jesus. John says God is making all things new. All things! There is hope yet for all you've lost or broken, but I have a hunch that even our fulfilled hopes will pale in light of our King. He's where the joy is!
