Ballyearl, The Courtyard Theatre — Over three days mid Autumn there will be four performances of this all new musical theatre comedy. Early in October on Thursday 4th, Friday 5th and Saturday 6th at 8pm plus a Saturday 2.30pm matinee, theatre-goers will be entertained by a semi-professional cast many of whom are no strangers to stage and screen.
Described as an uplifting romantic comedy set in the fictional town of Cheerysville, Northern Ireland during the Summer of Love 1967, all the action takes place in a popular cornerstone of the community public house, Suntree Bar. The story follows the haphazard attempts of two thirty-somethings search to find new love. Join them and the many other colourful characters who frequent the bar as they sing, dance and laugh their way through their inter-linked, romantic, sad, funny but ultimately heart-warming encounters.
