The proud father of two young girls, Kimatni D. Rawlins founded Fit Fathers to inspire other men to lead the charge in prioritizing healthier eating and exercise to enhance the lives of themselves and their families. Today, Rawlins leads an extremely active lifestyle that includes competing in track meets, 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons and urbanathlons in addition to training private clients looking to make similar positive life changes. Incorporating strength training, plyometrics, running, sprinting, boxing and yoga into his own daily workouts and opting for such family activities as cycling, hiking and swimming, Rawlins, who is also a vegan, believes that fitness and nutrition fuel positive health habits for himself and his family and thrives on the motto: “Eat well, stay active and energize your life!”
Rawlins received his B.S. in Business from Georgia Tech and is also the president and publisher of the lifestyle automotive media and marketing portal, Automotive Rhythms.
