You've heard the expression "Just Go With Your Gut", but lately I've been wondering if I'm listening to my true "gut", i.e. Instinct, or is it simply that I tend to be Impulsive? When is that "little voice" truly one to listen too and when is it the ego wanting something one really doesn't need?
