IFJ Northern Editor David Wright was at the spring 2022 conference organised by the Society of Dairy Technology at CAFRE's Loughry campus where he spoke to Charlie Hyland, a dairy market analyst from StoneX about the latest global trends in dairy markets. Charlie maintains that the record prices seen in dairy commodity markets are yet to be fully passed on to farmers, and that farm gate prices will continue to rise over the next three to four months.
