It was founded by two Polish serial entrepreneurs Stefan Batory (CEO) and Konrad Howard. They partnered with Inovo Venture Partners in 2015 and by 2021 they raised a total of $119 million in VC funding. After the merger with Versum, Booksy is now a team of approx. 600 fantastic people, who shoot for the moon.
