Tara is a seasoned HR professional with an extreme focus on people! Tara joined Second Cup/Aegis in September 2019 as their Vice President, People. Her experience has driven her to continually develop and align programs around enhancing the customer, employee & franchisee experience. In her role Tara has a keen purpose to develop leaders to engage, motivate and allow for best performance to drive results. Tara has worked in leadership roles for other strong Canadian Brands such as Woodbine Entertainment, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). All of which she has learned from deeply, and absolutely loved.

Tara has a 10 year old son, who is her world! And is a fitness enthusiast who grew up loving sports and twirling baton!
