Vitamin D supplementation has been shown to help with other viruses such as the flu, so while we wait for more evidence on this Covid 19 virus, why don't we try it as a mainline treatment anyway based on the fact that it's fairly cheap, safe and available immediately?
We should at least ram home the message that everyone needs to be supplementing to make sure they have optimal levels.
