In Episode 24, I discuss the 10 ways to defeat a Bully Negotiator.

A bully negotiator is someone who will seek to intimidate you so that hey can get what they want out of a negotiation. Bully Negotiators will seek impossible terms in hopes of getting terms that are EXTREMELY favorable to them. Bully Negotiators will insult your intelligence, demean your organization and will threaten to elevate the negotiations to your boss just to get leverage over you. A Bully Negotiator's goal is to make you feel like a battered spouse so that you seek to please them and blame yourself.
