Is righteousness obtained by obeying the commandments? or is righteousness obtained by faith? The faith that saved us from the penalty of sin is the same faith that saves us from the power of sin. The just shall live by faith (Hab. 2:4; Rom. 1:16; Gal. 3:11-12). That faith is driven by love (Gal. 5:6). Not a faith that comes from seeing miracles, but a faith that is based on believing the facts that are written in the scriptures and not based on feelings.
