Good morning brothers. I was thinking of gall when you gave us a description in verse 21. It reminded me of bile, which is most disgusting to look at. As for the brother who suffers with all of the issues, I myself do suffer from all of the same. And, yes, it is very painful. I have even found myself coming from the bathroom floor. I've tried the vinegar mix as well. From my experience, it increased my heartburn drastically. As far as my ibs attacks experiences and feeling them coming on the relief that has been helping me is a medication called dicyclomine. I hope that possible this my help you brother.
