Life has enough barriers without men openly choosing to trip themselves up with more dark and confining pitfalls. And yes, hell yes, our lives will always consist of dark trials. But it is our decision to subsist or actually exist.
The light/freedom/purpose we all search for begins with taking a step out of our darkness. And you will absolutely stub your toe, scrape your shin, and run face first into the door. But these introspective tests provide an outlet , a direction, a path. You become a hero with a journey.
