Many of you have heard his music... your parents played it while wearing an afro, stacks and Jr. was staining the living room couch with Jerry Curl juice. Donny didn't live very long to enjoy his legacy, for he was only about 34 years old... yet he left us with fond musical memories. But how could somebody this amazing, a genius, be overtaken by voices, to the point of pushing him out of a window to his death. Schizophrenia is a BLACK problem but it also have residence in the closet of TABOO among many churches. I've seen soooo much mental illness in church that's frightening.... but the SILENCE is more frightening.
