It's common when we see a friend or an acquaintance to ask "how are you?" We may reply "fine" or "good" even if we are having a horrible day. For Lisa Lieberman-Wang being “FINE” felt like Frustrated, Insecure, Neurotic, and Emotional. As a teen she experienced a sexual assault, emotional abuse, and felt shame about herself and her body.
