Here you can find like-minded educators with whom you can share what has worked and what hasn’t worked in your lessons plus discover what has worked for others. Aim for continuous improvement. There’s always a better way to work with students to help them understand how the world works. Even if you’ve been teaching for 20+ years there’s always room to grow (plus it models lifelong learning for your kids!). 
You don’t know what you don’t know. That can also can mean that you may not know just how AWESOME your lessons actually are… share them! Use portals such as WorldSTEM.co to share your lessons with teachers so that they can learn from you… it’s all about spreading the message and making an impact.
