What do you when you have lost your religion?
For many, religion is a core part of their identity,
The meaning they find in life, and their social world. The crucial aspect of themselves have significant psychological consequences.
I was a devout person in the church…
The side effects of losing your religion is increased emotional distress, isolation and waywardness.
You see, losing one’s faith usually leads to the loss of one’s community, family, and overall structure in which held their entire life together. To say it’s daunting would be the understatement of the century; things seem to spiral out of control.
