Today is the 4th Sunday of Lent and the Church commemorates the life of Saint John of the Ladder, who lived a life of fasting and prayer. Father Paul shares with us the necessity of fasting and prayer in the lives of Orthodox Christians if we want to receive power to strengthen our faith.
