Jay Mac, the founder and chef of the Kind Kitchen in Cape Town has proudly lived a vegan lifestyle since 2010. His yoga journey and the understanding that change in the world can only happen from within, inspired him to embark on his culinary journey. He studied at the Natural Epicurean School of Culinary Arts in Austin Texas in 2013, under the tutelage of fellow South African Inge Bothma. Jay is also the writer and director of the documentary, What is Real? The Story of Jivamukti Yoga.
