This week we go through all the latest impacts of Covid-19, AKA Corona Virus, on the world of combat sports. We also discuss our own home workout routines and the timelessness of the old "Nordic Trac" machines Tony and I both have in our home gyms. Our own "Psychic" Tom also promises to provide his own version of "tele" medicine, but in his version it's "telepathic." We have as much fun as humanly possible kicking around all the Covid concerns.
