Host Sean Lennon welcomed back Lightweight Pro Thomas "Young Lion" Gifford to the Fightlete Report. Originally scheduled to face Steven New in the main event at Pyramid Fights 15 February 29th 2020 in Benton, Arkansas. He will now face a replacment opponent in Cliff Wright Jr in the Main Event,
He trains at Factory X Muay Thai in Colorado.
Thomas discussed his previous fight with Mike Davis who was a short notice replacment at UFC Fight Night Tampa, what he felt was the reason he was cut by UFC, Fighting back in his home state of Arkansas, and what we expect on February 29th.
