As a soul winner, you will often hear this statement from people that they have "given their life to Christ"
First, Giving life to Christ to be saved is nowhere to be in my King James Bible.

Secondly , Our life has been corrupted by sin, and this requires a sinless man to make it holy for us to be accepted by God.

Third, Christ gave his life for us to be holy, righteous and clean before God.
