Choices, invitations, noticing, open-ended experiments. Read more about those at https://esthermpalmer.com/what-makes-moved-to-heal-trauma-sensitive

A few thoughts on: Feelings
We’re feeling creatures. Do you ever wonder why we feel things the way we do? Are feelings things that happen to us? Are feelings things that are us? Things that come from us? Things we do? Things we make? What do our feelings mean once they happen, once we have them? As human beings with bodies and brains, of course, we feel a lot of stuff and a lot of different ways. If you wonder about feelings, too, perhaps allow that curiosity into your movement practice whenever you feel open to it. That's all I want to say on feelings today -- more next week.

Be moving, be true, be you!
