World Mental Health Day took place on Saturday October 10th and this week's episode is dedicated to mental wellness. 2020 has been a difficult year for many folks and whether or not people were battling mental health, due to social media there has been an influx of wellness gurus, positive thinking content and an awarness on the different types of mental health issues as well as mental wellness..
