Gill Baird MBA - Gill has an awesome story, it's one that I really love. Expelled from school and leaving with no qualifications, Gill entered the business world early and began hustling. Fiercely ambitious, and with great vision and determination, her story is one of highs and lows - I love that Gill talks so openly about her failures. But there haven't been many of those lately. Gaining an MBA and later becoming Scotland's first female owner of a cosmetic surgery company, Gill has gained the respect of Scotland's most successful consultants and next year, will open a self-funded hospital. Gill is a no holds barred Glasgow girl and her open and honest account of her life so far is funny, emotional and inspiring.
