Food isn’t the only nourishment that is needed to keep the body healthy.  You also need to feed and nourish your mental, emotional and spiritual self.  This doesn’t only come from the eating of food, it comes from the thoughts we choose to think.  And yes, what we think is food and our thoughts feed our mental, our emotional and our spiritual self.  And, it also feeds the physical body.  Hence the sayings, “you are what you think!  And, you are what you eat!”  Mind food and body food only differ in vibrational frequency.  One is more dense then the other, yet still they are both food.  They both are designed to feed, support and sustain us.  So, what does it look like to feed and nourish you; not just the physical you! All of you!?
