Anger is a completely normal, sometimes healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control, it can lead to problems at work, with relationships, and affect your peace of mind. A recent study by Harvard University found that nearly 10 percent of adults have a history of uncontrollable anger (Science Daily, 2015). A separate Harvard study found that almost two-thirds of U.S adolescents had a pattern of anger that resulted in threatening or violent behavior (Science Daily, 2012). Although anger is a universal human emotion, if you find that you’ve been losing, you're cool a little too much, it might be time to take a closer look at what’s driving your anger.

In this episode of the podcast, I will help you to understand this powerful emotion better and empower you with strategies and tips to live a calmer life.

On the show I discuss:
• The underlying emotions that trigger anger
• The difference between anger and rage
