Dubbing this episode an "Adult-ish Quickie," Vincent speaks to a recent loss of his and the thoughts behind having to grieve a loss in its entirety — from the physical loss to the emotional gap that death and/or the end of a relationship brings.

In this moment of pure vulnerability, Vincent takes listeners on a transitive journey as he processes the death of a loved one, talks to the respect of allowing individuals time to process a loss, and then learning how to move on.

Relationships may end, either through death or change of circumstance, but it's always important to take the time to grieve the situation.

While a bit somber, we hope this quickie makes you a little more thankful for all those around you and all those you carry with you — however best you choose to carry them.
