E24: Co-owners and sisters in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada, Jenna and Emma walk us through transitioning from their 5th generation heritage of dairy farming in 2011 to being award-winning artisan cheesemakers; Golden Ears Cheesecrafters. While splitting up the responsibilities of tackling new recipes, marketing, organising dinner classes, mentoring apprentices, managing 6,000 wheels of aging cheese and being moms to young children is an incredible feat.
