The social cohesion in Europe is under pressure, but how does it affect the member states? In this episode, we have the honor of talking to Herman Van Rompuy who formerly served as Prime Minister of Belgium and President of the European Council. Herman Van Rompuy shares his views on the state of the EU and how the EU plays a role in strengthening the labour market and managing immigration. Also, we will discuss whether our expectations for country leaders are too high or whether we are witnessing a leadership-deficit in Europe.

Host: Peter Mogensen, CEO of the Danish think tank, Kraka.

Guests: Herman Van Rompuy, former Prime Minister of Belgium and the first president of the European Council and Anders Dons, Nordic CEO of Deloitte.
