“El fin del tiempo” Episodio de Star Trek para el Despertar

Resumen de la Película:
El comandante Sisko, el personaje principal de este episodio maestro de la serie Star Trek, siente un fuerte disgusto en contra del Capitán Piccard. En el episodio anterior, el cuerpo del Capitán Piccard había sido secuestrado por otra raza, tomando completo control de su mente. Estando bajo esta manipulación, ordena un ataque en contra de la nave de Sisko, en donde pierde la vida su esposa Jennifer. En este episodio Piccard está de regreso sano y salvo, retomando su puesto de comandante de la Flota Estelar, y a Sisko le cuesta tomar sus órdenes, evidentemente está muy enojado con él. Está reprimiendo el disgusto.

Los disgustos van más allá de la persona, más allá de una memoria específica personal. Tenemos un problema con la memoria, la mente recuerda constantemente el pasado; quiere que algo del pasado, del tiempo y espacio, sea real. Cuando la mente quiere hacer algo real aquí en el espacio-tiempo, trae al recuerdo escenarios. Es impecable para recordarnos el pasado y el ego para negar los malos recuerdos y aferrarse a los buenos. Pero son lo mismo, es posible integrarlos, al intentarlo nos daremos cuenta que dimos un gran paso hacia una verdadera sanación.
 
Sisko es enviado a ayudar a una raza caracterizada por tener un halo brillante color verde, que simboliza la Luz. A través de varios personajes y escenas del pasado, esta Luz le demuestra a Sisko que es imposible atribuirle valor a lo que no lo tiene en lo absoluto. Le permite ver con claridad que nada es real y es así como puede ser capaz de perdonar y liberar el pasado.
 
Todo el tiempo lineal, el cosmos entero, es sólo un sueño de situaciones hipotéticas que no tienen significado; podemos decir que existimos en cada una de ellas. Para sanar hay que traer a la luz nuestras memorias reprimidas y verlas como son, carentes de significado. Podemos transformar cualquier disgusto con esta comprensión de que nada tiene significado. La única oportunidad real que tenemos en el tiempo lineal es despertar a nuestra naturaleza eterna que es Amor abstracto perfecto y luz Eterna.

Movie Summary (from MWGE.org):
Commander Sisko, the main character in this masterful Star Trek episode, starts off with a grievance against Captain Picard. In the previous episode, Captain Picard’s mind and body had been taken over and absorbed by another race. He had then ordered an attack on Sisko’s ship in which Sisko’s wife, Jennifer, was killed. In this episode Picard has returned to his mind and to his job as overall commander of the Starfleet. Sisko comes to Picard to receive an important new assignment, but he is clearly angry at Picard. He is holding a grievance. 
 
Grievances go beyond the person, beyond the specific personal memory. We have a memory problem. The mind recalls the past; it wants something of the past, of time and space, to be real. As long as it wants something in time and space to be real, it calls forth scenarios. The mind continues bringing up the past relentlessly. The ego tries to deny and repress the negative ones, and to hold on to and keep the positive ones. Only when you finally integrate them and see that they are all the same, do you have a real breakthrough, a real healing.
 
The race of people that Sisko is sent to help have a glowing green orb that symbolizes the Light. The Light uses various characters to show Sisko that it’s impossible to put any value on something that is absolutely valueless. It lets him experience scenes from the past until he realizes that none of them had any reality. Thus he is able to forgive and release them.
 
All of linear time, this entire cosmos, is just a dream of hypotheticals that have no meaning. We could say you exist in all of them. To heal, repressed memories have to be brought up to the light and seen for the nothingness that they are. You can then transfer this realization of nothingness to any grievance and see it totally transformed. The only real opportunity in linear time is to wake up to your eternal nature which is perfect abstract Love and Eternal light.
