Sara Wiseman is a spiritual counselor who helps others to travel the path of spiritual growth. After a near-death experience in 2000, she says her life shifted completely and everything changed – her own spiritual journey began; she “woke up” and, ever since, has been helping others to do the same.

Sara works with individuals and groups and teaches classes online, empowering her students to take on the task of healing the history of family wounds. In it, she teaches about the seven shadows written into family histories: abuse, addiction, violence, poverty, illness, abandonment, and betrayal.
