Christen is a mindset and transition coach. She holds a BA in Psych and a Certification in solution focused therapy. She is also a certified life skills coach. She had to start all over after spending most of her adult life in a corporate setting, working to get results for someone else. “Is it easy? NO. But it is worth it because I am in complete control of my destiny. What I do, where I end up, every lesson that I learn or reward I reap... all completely up to me!”
