Using process goals rather than product goals allows you to shift your focus on to the daily/weekly processes required to achieve any goal you may be after.

Just as with everything in life, your perspective of the situation is what makes the real difference. Rather than working on being 'on a diet' or anything like that, you just need to look at managing your life and mindset in a healthy and positive way.

It's this mindset that gives your process meaning and helps you commit to this identity change.

This identity change is the key to long term sustainable changes, and it all starts with changing your perspective and committing to a daily process.

- Tracking targets
- calories, protein or 800g fruit and veg
- Cutting out Processed foods
- Cutting out alcohol
- Fasting 16/8
- 10,000/12,000 steps per day
- Cook 1 meal every day
