This podcast is a must listen for coaches and avid gym goers alike. For far too long the fitness industry has kept itself tightly restricted in its fat loss or nothing box, closing off people from a whole host of other body & mind boosting benefits. There is so much deeply wrong with the western diet culture that needs to change if we are ever going to truely put peoples mental wellbeing first and make physical progress about building and getting better, rather than subtracting and being less.

This is probably my favourite nutrition & health focused podcast to date and I am sure it is bound to ruffle a few feathers. If this does trigger you or there is anything you feel you disagree with, please reach out for a further discussion.

I am always open to hearing from other coaches/individuals and coming to some common ground where we can both learn, grow and get better.
