In the third episode of our MEA Employment Law podcast series, our employment partners are joined by Barbara Henzen, Head of Tax and Corporate Services at KPMG, to discuss agile working and returning to the workplace.

As employers start asking employees to return to the workplace and as the summer months approach, employers are increasingly being asked by employees whether they can work remotely from outside of the UAE, KSA and Qatar and combine this with leave. The podcast discusses the legal frameworks around WFH and the issues surrounding operating a remote working policy, together with any surrounding issues of combining this with leave requests.

Rebecca will focus on the UAE, Sara will focus on KSA and Emma on Qatar. Barbara will speak about the tax and social security implications of remote working.
