The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the construction industry. While Singapore has fared extremely well in containing the pandemic itself, we remain a long way from normal in terms of resuming work for ongoing (and new) projects. As temporary measures and reliefs begin to be lifted, now is the time for contractors to start confronting ripple effects, delays, site conditions, and potential claims that will come about from lost and unaccounted time.

In this podcast, projects & construction partners Jon Howes and Eugene Tan discuss the current construction landscape in Singapore and the options available to contractors and subcontractors to begin preparing for possible disputes directly and indirectly brought on by the pandemic.
