The beginning of the year is often a time where folks set many goals. Of course it is healthy to envision, set milestones and make plans. At the same time, the thing that sounded good in our head might not work in practice. Naturism, nudism and clothes free living remind us to shed the layers of expectations and surface identification. So, we can harness that practice by shedding our layers of ideals to tap into how we are really feeling along the journey.
