Getting through airport security isn’t fun. But those checkpoints allow us to travel peacefully and without worries. However, the rules on how to behave when you take a plane have not always been the same as today. They have actually been reviewed several times after events like 9/11. Today, luckily, there are people who are thinking about how to better regulate the flows before boarding, in order to make the experience more pleasant but equally safe. Robert Schuur and Michael Verhage of the GRASP startup tell us how they got this idea.
