Here we are with the episode number 11. The world of "bean to bar" has had different generations. The first group of pioneer was without not so many knowledge on this new production and they had to do experiments, trials and tests before to understand the solutions to make a great chocolate. Now the new generations could find solutions everywhere but in the beginning was not so easy. Here we have Antonino Allegra from Cape Town that is one chocolate maker of the first generation and, after more than 10 years, is arrived to make that can tens of tonn each year.
